Terms
and Conditions
The
minimum amount required
as a deposit is £10
per head. All deposits
are non refundable or
transferrable.
All
Company paid events will
be invoiced and are subject
to VAT at 17.5%.
The
outstanding balance is
due prior to, or on the
day of the event.
No
alcohol is to be consumed
by any driver before or
during an event. If we
suspect anybody in the
group has consumed alcohol
they will be disqualified
from racing or the event
will be terminated. In
such cases all deposits
or race fees will be lost
and invoices will remain
valid.
Cancellation
charges will be levied
as follows:

Cancellations

number booked will be
charged regardless of whether
they race, please be sure
not to overbook your numbers.
All
verbal orders received
will be deemed to be made
by the individual placing
the order and not the
group
or company they allege
to represent. Any legal
action will be taken against
that person unless the
order is subsequently
confirmed
in writing on official
company stationary. In
this instance, legal action
will be taken against
the company.
Non
compliance with one or
more of the above clauses
does not invalidate the
contract as a whole.
