• The
minimum amount required
as a deposit is £10
per head. All deposits
are non refundable or transferrable.
•All Company paid events will be invoiced and are subject
to VAT at 17.5%.
• The
outstanding balance is due prior to, or
on the day of the event.
• No
alcohol is to be consumed
by any driver before or
during an event. If we suspect
anybody in the group has
consumed alcohol they will
be disqualified from racing
or the event will be terminated.
In such cases all deposits
or race fees will be lost
and invoices will remain
valid.
• Cancellation
charges will be levied as
follows:
30
days or more prior to the
event = No charge 14-29
days prior to the event
= 25% of total amount 7-13
days prior to the event
= 50% of total amount Up
to 7 days prior to the event
= 100% of total amount.
• Cancellations
will only be made if received
in writing and the date
of cancellation will be
the date Pole Position Indoor
Karting receives such information.
• The
number booked will be charged
regardless of whether they
race, please be sure not
to overbook your numbers.
• All
verbal orders received will
be deemed to be made by
the individual placing the
order and not the group
or company they allege to
represent. Any legal action
will be taken against that
person unless the order
is subsequently confirmed
in writing on official company
stationary. In this instance,
legal action will be taken
against the company.
• Non
compliance with one or more
of the above clauses does
not invalidate the contract
as a whole.
• Yorkshire Karting t/a Pole Position Indoor Karting reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to £100 where an issued invoice is not settled by the due date. The due date is the date on which services are provided by Yorkshire Karting Ltd.
